Permissions and Access to External Storage in Android

Recently most of us were facing issues while testing our apps on Android 13 devices when we were trying to get a photo from the gallery and show it in the app, but for some reason, it was not working.

After the Android 13 release, there were a few changes regarding how we handle accessing files from external storage.
